1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using fre99.app ("the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between fre99 and the user with respect to the use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings. fre99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2Eligibility

To register and use fre99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. fre99 strictly prohibits access to and use of the Platform by persons under the age of 21. Providing false information about your age is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
  • You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. fre99 accounts may not be opened or operated by legal entities, corporations, or persons acting on behalf of a third party without prior written consent from fre99.
  • You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
  • You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or consultant of fre99, or an immediate family member of any such person, where such relationship gives rise to a conflict of interest in relation to the use of the Platform.

3Account Registration

To use the full features of fre99, you must register a personal account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep this information updated at all times. fre99 may require documentary verification of your identity, age, or payment method at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account on fre99. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account and must take reasonable steps to keep your login credentials secure. You must not share your account password with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify fre99 support immediately.

  • You must not open multiple accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, fre99 reserves the right to merge or close all duplicate accounts, cancel any pending or active bonuses across those accounts, and withhold winnings derived from the use of multiple accounts.
  • fre99 operates a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practices. You consent to fre99 undertaking identity verification checks at any point during your use of the Platform, including prior to processing a withdrawal.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your account information, including your registered mobile number and email address, remains accurate and accessible at all times. Changes to contact information must be submitted to fre99 support and verified before they take effect.

4Deposits & Payments

fre99 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your fre99 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. fre99 does not charge a platform fee on deposits made via bKash or Nagad; however, mobile banking providers may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their published fee schedules.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. fre99 does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts. If a deposit is identified as originating from a third-party account, fre99 reserves the right to reverse the deposit and suspend the receiving account pending investigation.

  • fre99 reserves the right to impose deposit limits at the platform level or at the account level in compliance with responsible gaming policies. Players may also set their own voluntary deposit limits through the account settings section.
  • fre99 does not accept deposits in cash, by cheque, or through bank wire transfer as a primary deposit method. Transactions must be completed through the supported electronic payment channels listed in the deposit section of your account dashboard.
  • fre99 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects of being associated with money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful activity. In such cases, the relevant law enforcement authorities may be notified.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted from the Withdrawal section of your fre99 account dashboard at any time. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the availability of that payment channel. fre99 processes most bKash and Nagad withdrawals within minutes. Withdrawals to Rocket or Upay are typically completed within 30 minutes. Processing times may be extended where identity verification is required or where the withdrawal is subject to a manual compliance review.

fre99 does not charge a platform fee for withdrawals to bKash or Nagad. Withdrawal requests may be declined or placed on hold where the account does not meet verification requirements, where a bonus wagering requirement has not been satisfied, or where fre99 reasonably suspects fraudulent activity. Where a withdrawal request is declined, fre99 will notify the account holder with the reason for the decline.

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed until the account balance reaches the minimum withdrawal amount.
  • Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as the fre99 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Any request to withdraw to a payment account not matching the registered account holder's identity will be declined.
  • Where fre99 determines that an account has been used in breach of these Terms, any pending withdrawal request from that account may be cancelled and the relevant funds held pending the outcome of the investigation.

6Bonuses & Promotions

fre99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which are displayed at the time the offer is presented. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all fre99 promotions:

  • Bonuses are credited to eligible accounts only. A bonus will not be applied where the account does not meet the stated eligibility criteria for that promotion, including minimum deposit thresholds and the requirement to opt in where applicable.
  • All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. Unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise, the standard wagering requirement on fre99 bonus funds is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirement progress is tracked in real time in your account dashboard. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
  • Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per shared device or IP address. Where fre99 detects bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using arbitrage strategies to reduce risk on bonus funds, or systematically exploiting promotional terms — it reserves the right to cancel the bonus, reclaim bonus-derived winnings, and close the account.
  • fre99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already qualified and opted in, the terms applicable at the time of opt-in will continue to apply to that player's bonus for the duration of the qualifying period.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on fre99 and will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure and forfeiture of funds:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate the Platform in a way not intended by fre99.
  • Colluding with other players, engaging in match-fixing, or participating in any form of coordinated play designed to circumvent the house edge or exploit game mechanics in a manner inconsistent with fair play.
  • Using the Platform to launder money or process the proceeds of any criminal activity, or making deposits from stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment instruments.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, another user's account, or the underlying systems and infrastructure of fre99 by any means.
  • Engaging in abusive, harassing, threatening, or defamatory conduct toward fre99 staff, customer support agents, or other users of the Platform through any communication channel.

8Account Suspension & Termination

fre99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that the account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where continued operation of the account presents a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other users. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, fre99 may freeze account funds pending the outcome of an internal investigation and, where required by applicable law, report the matter to the relevant authorities.

You may close your fre99 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification checks.

9Responsible Gaming

fre99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing tools that assist players in managing their gambling activity. Players must be 21 years of age or older to use the Platform. fre99 provides voluntary tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options. 10Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of fre99.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fre99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if fre99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

fre99 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. fre99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your fre99 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12Privacy

fre99's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the fre99 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is available at fre99.app/privacy-policy.

13Amendments to These Terms

fre99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, fre99 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on fre99.app/terms-conditions with the revised effective date clearly indicated.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with clause 8 above.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the rules and principles applicable to online gaming operations serving the Bangladesh market. In the event of a dispute between you and fre99, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. Where a dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may pursue the matter through available legal channels.
